PLATEAU VALLEY, Colorado — Give the Vail Christian football team credit. Despite falling behind 18-0 in the first half, the Saints didn’t give up. Vail Christian outscored Plateau Valley 14-7 in second half, but the Cowboys were able to hold off the Saints, 25-14, in both teams’ season opener.
